Sorry for the delay in getting new material up over the past month.  I've started a new job at Hahnville High School, outside New Orleans, LA and we have been installing the Flexbone during Spring Football for the past few weeks.  Over the next month, I'll be around more as soon as I get my family packed up from Texas and moved.  Sorry again for the delay.  Please check out the new A-Back drill video which is Georgia Southern's A-Back drills.

 

In the next week or so, we will be having a guest contributor, Scott Johnson, writing a blog on A-Back play and drills.  Scott and I coached together at Amos Alonzo Stagg High School in Chicago.  Scott is well versed in option football, both Flexbone and Split Back Veer.  Scott is currently a coach at Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago, the defending 7A State Champion.  Scott won a State Championship at Mt. Carmel for current Head Coach Frank Lenti, the winningest coach in Illinois history.  Enjoy.
